3. Account Registration and Security

• Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account; and
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Booking Process

All service bookings must be made through our website, via email, or by phone. A booking is confirmed only after we have received your booking request, confirmed availability, and received any required deposit or payment.

4.2 Deposits

Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process and will be deducted from the total service fee.

4.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation fee (deposits excluded).
• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged the full service fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

We understand that emergencies happen. In case of exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may, at our discretion, waive or reduce cancellation fees.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price of a service will be as quoted on our website or as agreed upon in writing.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified on our website. All payment information is securely processed through our payment processors.

5.3 Invoices

Invoices will be provided for all services rendered and will be sent to the email address associated with your account or booking.

6. Intellectual Property

• Copper Trail Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of our Services.
• Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our styling services.
• We are not responsible for the quality, performance, or other aspects of third-party products recommended during styling sessions.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Copper Trail Studio, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
